the usual excuse i hear is that they're not "authorized" to do road repairs...quite ironic, since they're "authorized" to destroy it.

afaik, ung hukay along taft-vito cruz was dug up many months earlier; for whatever reason iniwan na lang ng contractor ung hukay, then binalikan na lang after so many months...gagawa ng konting work, then iiwanan na naman uli. tantsa ko it would have taken 1 month to finish the work, pero more than 6 m onths na ata ung hukay diyan

UN Ave. used to be a smoothly asphalted road, until Maynilad (and its contractor, First Balfour) decided dig up the whole stretch to upgrade the water pipe line. Now the supposedly repaired road is very uneven and the asphalt is cratering right in front of WHO (World Health Organization). Talk about an eye sore right in the very thoroughfare of foreign dignitaries.

That's the Pinoy style of doing things. Hindi pulido and gawa. Onli on the Pilipins

pwede ba dito sa Pilipinas na Mag CLASS action suit sa Maynilad regarding their poor repair of the roads? Everywhere here in V Luna area, naghukay then when they repaired it, it is not as it was.
