i agree sirs. this one's a tampered plate.
1. the letters and the numbers are not special similar to the ones found in the special plates issued by the LTO.
2. upon closer inspection try to see na may number "4" sa dulo ng plate. the color is similar sa background so mahirap itong mapansin
3. this is not a "super personalized plate" (sorry for the term sirs di ko lam ang tawag eh,describe ko nalang...this is the one issued by the LTO with an orange background instead of the aqua-blue, with rizal monument to the rightmost of the plate)
4. kung personalized plate ito dapat naka-flush left ang "P" nya.

whatever he or she did, it's stupid. mas madali syang mahalata. ano kaya ito, pang get-away vehicle?

Sa tingin ko din tampered plate. Yung plate pa naman natin kumukupas.
