Hyundai Alabang-Dealership na hindi ko na babalikan... Sinira back panel ng starex namin nung kinabit nila plate number.

Hyundai Starex is the best van in terms of Ride Quality & one of the fastest van, but it's not as solid & reliable if you compare it to japanese made vehicle.
Madami small problem na lumalabas compare to our japanesse cars & van.

Never have them installed at the dealership because chances are hindi nila alam ikabit iyon.

Ironic, but true. Mga bagito pati yung ibang service staff. That's why I went to my suking tindahan for the license plate installation. The guys there are more resourceful. Plus they've had more experience with all sorts of cars.

Buti sa NGQA some months ago they informed us that they will have to bring the vehicle to NLEX to bring it up to speed (to find the ugong sound and wind noise which came up at consistent speeds over 120kph)... and they advised us on the delay as it was raining and they did not want to risk anything.

Ako with Honda Quezon City we already placed down a DP for a new Civic after they advised us that it'll be available at the end of the month. Come end of the month, not a sound from them... i texted the Sales Manager and Sales Exec, walang reply... I had to call them pa and that's when they said they'll get back to me again and when they did, towards the end of the next month pa. We promptly cancelled our order and instead bought a 2nd hand car as a project car. We would not mind the extra wait if they had the decency and professionalism to at least keep us informed on the status of the vehicle availability, kami pa yung nag-abala. Mas ok pa yung treatment nung personnel nila who accompanied us on a test drive.

    -------

lesson: wag 100% umasa sa casa sa pag-service. mas maganda, after lumabas sa casa, i-check nyo pa rin kung may leak, crack, or anything na suspicious sa engine, brakes, etc.
