eto lang ha, for the info ng lahat na din:
ang pinakaiwasan nyo yung convoy ng armored trucks, groups of 7-12 ata plying from east avenue-espanya-bustillos-to roxas blvd. tuwing moring/afternoon yan.
yan ang wag nyu singitan sa gitna,or sumunod sa huli....kung di baka mabaril kayo.most of these are brown(ata) FORD F650 trucks, and i tell you matulin talaga sila at parang ahas kung sumingit....at di humihinto sa trapik light mga to...
ung tinutukoy ko..convoy ng trucks from BSP-east ave going to BSP roxas blvd.

I'm just wondering bakit hindi sila hinuhuli ng mga traffic enforcer pag nag violate ng traffic rules? Minsan nakikita ko na dumadaan sa one way (other way around), minsan sa mga no left turn, minsan beating the red light....

I just saw this convoy this afternoon along East Ave. Kakalabas palang nila ng BSP. Grabe nga makasingit mga ito! But i understood naman bakit ayaw nila ma-break ang convoy nila. Sana lang talaga e wag silang abusado. Sarap nga kunan ng video e! Parang Fun Run ng Armored Trucks! hehehe

pag nag-head on collision ba ang armored van/truck at isang 18-wheeler sino panalo? or kunyari pison/dumptruck/train/etc.
palibhasa kasi they feel invincible because they are protected by thick steel.

Presumably, they're doing this to avoid getting robbed or hi-jacked.
Reminds me of US army humvee patrols in iraq - in order to avoid IEDs and the such, they drive aggressively (going over islands, not stopping, hitting cars that fail to get out of the way, cutting and hitting other vehicles to snatch a lane, all the while shouting things over the PA system.)

My father's been a victim of these. They were side-swiped, car had damage on the right rear bumper and when they got down to collect information tinutukan lang sila ng baril. Mind you, my father and his colleagues are doctors and have nothing threatening, and it was in a *******ial downpour. Granted, SOP siguro yung procedure, pero wala man lang iniwan na information saying something to the effect of "sorry for inconvenience, here's our info please give us a call and we'll sort it out but we have to be on our way" or something.
Ang sarap pasabugan when I heard about that incident a few years ago, gusto ko i-test kung gaano katibay armor nila
