I keep a copy of this list (http://www.lto.gov.ph/fines2.html#v1) in the car. So when needed, I can check the violation I am accused of against this document. Kung wala dito, I would politely contest the allegation.
katwiran nila "keep the intersection open".Last edited by RafRaf; October 13th, 2006 at 10:17 AM. Reason: spelling errors, update link

go ahead basta be careful dahil talo ka pag nagkaroon ng collision.
same as no u-turn sign, pag wala, pwede. ganun din ingat dahil pag

Driving along EDSA ext from Taft Ave towards Roxas Blvd, I'm always on the left side kasi iwas sa mga jeep and bus na nagloload and unload.Pag dating sa mga U-TURN slots I swerve to the next lane as it narrows. Mga 3 to 4 slots siguro yung ganun. Pagdating sa me Roxas Blvd. pina flag down ako nung trffic enforcer. Pero hindi ko pinapansin.Twice na nangyari sa kin to. Me mali ba sa ginagawa ko? Kasi if I stay sa middle all thru out, kina cut cut ako ng mga PUB and PUJ. Hope you can enlighten me on this. Tnx.

Siguro to be on the safe side, stay ka na lang in the middle if not in the right portion of the road.

July 1st, 2007 06:20 PM #25One good example can be seen along Araneta Ave. cor. E. Rodriguez. I usually see a couple of yellow officers waiting for motorists (cabs and MC) to make a right on E. Rod from Araneta.
I made sure after seeing all this to look for the sign that says I can't make a right turn on red light, but I don't think it's there.
So there ya go. Ipaglaban!

no sign = no violation.
tayo ba pag walang pera, pwede ba tayo magdahilan para di magbayad ng buwis? that's nuts, the government can't provide a sign because they're busy corrupting our hard-earned money!
go lang basta be courteous sa naka go at be careful in turning right.
also, be patient with them TOs, they always think sila ang tama.

Hindi naman sila iyong nasa right of way.
Anyway again, pwede ka kumanan basta ba malinis ang daan at pinagbibigyan mo iyong nasa right of way.
