[QUOTE=NazQ;659473]dahil malamang sa stress over the last weekend. di pa nakapagpapahinga yung mga tao. may ibang lugar brownout pa rin, di pa gawa yung mga nasirang properties nila and stuff.

pero immediately after the storm last thurs, driving was suprisingly relaxing, kahit walang traffic takbo lang ng mga tao sa las pinas mga 40kph.[/

ehe... hogging the left lane. On C5, the limit is around 80 km/h (although when you're trying to merge from the U-turn, you'd swear the damn taxis were all going 120... ), and if you're going slower, you really ought to be driving in the 1st and 2nd lane, not the 4th.

Grabe nga yung guy... he was pacing a Revo, they were both going 50. I slotted in around him because he didn't want to move, gave a blip of the horn, a flash of the lights, and I drove through slowly. Minutes later, approaching traffic, he came barreling in at over 100 km/h, swerved in front of me, then took the U-turn.

If my wife wasn't there, with my diabetes and low blood sugar level, I might've gone amok and killed him. Lucky for him she was. Hope he dies a slow painful death in bed para walang madamay...

Nag-attempt humabol, but im already running at 120kph after a few seconds overtaking him. nang-aasar lang. hehehe.

Hmmm... seems things are starting to settle down a little out there.

Talked to more people, and guess what? They've noticed it, too.

Maybe this could be part of a psychiatric study... post-traumatic-driving-disorder...

Isa siguro ako dun sa mga road rage folks, but that's only because dumami nga mga bobong drivers, especially public transport drivers. Time to review the How to Prevent Road Rage thread, I thought I had it controlled already. Hay

Me too. I took two days off from driving long distance after I experienced one excessive episode of road rage. No, I didn't kill anybody, but I made the car growl in a menacing manner, swerved sharply and pissed off some people. Naaasar kasi ako sa mga counterflow specialists!

I don't like being the bad guy, so I stopped driving after that. Two best days of my life.

I think in these situations, the stress is unavoidable... that's why I schedule my trips nowadays around meals. Drive, stop and eat at the halfway point, then go back out with lower stress and blood pressure levels.
