Good as theft, robbery and similar activities na rin ito siguro kasi in the first place mga sasakyan natin ay "extension" ng ating mga bahay. Dapat criminal case na rin ang mga gawaing ito ng mga casa.

One way to avoid this to be VIGILANT before leaving (or endorsing) your vehicle for servicing.

One SOP is the Service Advisor SHOULD perform a check (using a checklist) prior to accepting your vehicle. He is to note all the imperfections and the stuff left in the vehicle so as no counter-claim from the customer. This checklist (when signed by both the SA and the customer) serves as a binding agreement of the vehicles condition when received by the dealer.

A word of advise, as much as possible, remove all loose belongings in the vehicle prior to having it serviced. (i.e. shades, pen, etc) Yang mga yan ang madalas na inaangal na nawawala sa loob ng oto when brought sa CASA.
