    Aside from the ortigas shoot out, how about the incident along c5, wherin police openfired on an unarmed civilian who's toyota vios was mistaken for the toyota altis that they were chasing. The policemen's excuse, "eh pareho kasi ng kulay".
    Instead of scolding his men for the apparent error in judgement (if that is the correct term), police chief (forgot his name) puts the blame on the civilian driver for not stopping... WTF??!!! What do you do when someone open fires at you without any apparent reason? Do you stop? or run for your life? Apparently these officers didn't follow proper protocol >> like showing them pictures of the targetted vehicle, these kinds of MIS-judgement are inexcusable.

    All based on the police's account of the events. I trust them about as much as the training they've received.
