    sa tono ng pagsasalita nung official ng PNR parang walang naging pagkukulang yung driver ng tren,ni hindi ko man lang narining himungi ng dispensa

    Was there any visible warning signs on the road for that particular rail crossing?

    as per 24Oras, the "stop look & listen" sign is visible, but the red light is busted & not working anymore.
    & also, there's no barrier in the crossing. no pnr man is also manning the intersection.
