When you damage a test vehicle, you pay for the damages. Yung Isuzu DMAX, after the test drive, they clean it up in a jiffy and inspect for damage.

On a sidenote, dapat naman accomodating sila sa mga test drives, since you are the customer. Like in my previous post, its how well trained the sales professional is.
Hehe, bumili naman yung mga nag-test drive kaya sulit. Yung Serena na bumangga sa kay Glennster dati, test unit. Insurance nagbayad since authorized trip siya.

Another experience i had with Isuzu Q. Ave before was gusto mag test drive si Erpats ng Crosswind XTRM. They told him to call the next day (Monday) since the test unit was not available. When we called to arrange for the test drive, they said to reschedule again as the unit was already picked-up by its owner/customer  Come to think of it, the unit they showed us the day before was actually a customer vehicle beign serviced...
