On contra ire my friends, there is such a thing as the driver's right of way.. If you look it up even in other countries such as USA, if the person who got hit is on the wrong way the driver has no liabilities on the damages that's been done to the person he hit and the person he hit has the liabilities for that matter.. It is mainly common sense, its just majority of the traffic police or police are ignorant enough to always think the person who got the most damages are always the victim when in fact its the negligence of the latter.. Logic logic lang yan
