    Tsaka akala ko ba na nag-e-enforce yung NLEX ng Anti-Overloading Law as stated in their billboards. Diba dapat nababawasan yung pagpasok ng overloaded trucks sa NLEX kung masipag sila sa tungkulin nila na ito?

    There were a lot of overtaking vehicles who traversed on the slow lane last Wednesday and Thursday and yet you won't see the NLEX Hiluxes and authorities in action. I think they were just letting the vehicles get away because of the ongoing constructions (lanes, not just potholes).

    around 2 weeks ago, i saw a Pepsi Nissan Ad Resort overtook a MNTC Patrol car on the shoulder near Sta. Ines. this was in the evening. i just saw the MNTC Patrol flash its headlights, but nothing more. dapat nagwangwang na yung patrol at hulihin yung nagovertake. pero mukhang nagiging katulad na rin ng mga police natin ang MNTC patrol, tamad manghuli/humabol. kapag ganyan sila palagi, talagang hindi magiging disiplinado ang mga gagamit ng NLEX.

    looks like cheap lowgrade asphalts. Baka makacause pa ng accidents yan mga road repairs na yan

    meron na naman reblocking kanina sa NLEX, along the southbound of the open system. talagang everytime i traverse the NLEX, meron bagong portion na under repair.

    the last two weeks, everyday akong pabalik balik ng metromanila. and almost everyday meron panibagong nirerepair sa NLEX. ano ba talaga problema nila?

    sa palagay ko, sadyang minadali talaga ng MNTC na tapusin yung NLEX para makapag collect na agad sila ng toll fees. tapos ngayon nila ulit binabakbak portion by portion ang NLEX para ayusin ng tama yung pagkakaconstruct nila na minadali nila. yan lang talaga ang naisip kong dahilan kung bakit puro repairs na ang NLEX with just a little over six months in operation.

    That is why against ako sa sobrang laki ng tollfees. Isang rainy season pa lang yan eh sira agad. Pero mukhang tama ang theory mo. Used a substandard material and ask for an increase later to shoulder the repair. Nasaan na yung Billion Peso Project Chuva Ever? Mukhang wala pang one million pesos worth of low-grade asphalt ang ginamit. Naubos yata sa BMW motorcycle patrols. In the end, taxpayers will shoulder the rest of the bill.

    LAst saturday umuwi kami ng pangasinan. We left at around 5am. Pagdating sa may viaduct, nagcocrawl yung traffic kasi two lanes lang ang pwede. 80% ng viaduct heavy traffic, kasabay namin mga 6 wheeler trucks. Napansin ko wala namang tractor or mga workers, basta sarado yung outer left most lane. It took us almost 20 min, medyo inabot na kami ng sunrise.

    nagcocrawl yung traffic kasi two lanes lang ang pwede. 80% ng viaduct heavy traffic, kasabay namin mga 6 wheeler trucks. Napansin ko wala namang tractor or mga workers, basta sarado yung outer left most lane. It took us almost 20 min, medyo inabot na kami ng sunrise.
    Thats another upcoming repair..hehe.. Or sinara nila para hindi muna daanan yung bagong repair or ayaw nila padaanan yung mga nirepair na nila..
