problem with cavitex, limited to 100 lang ang naaccomodate nila per day. earlier this month, went to their main office(SB Coastal in paranaque) 1pm, only to be told na sold out na, checked their website saan pa meron, decided to go sa kawit cavitex (NB) before they open at 6am (according to their social media posts) wa about 3rd in line pa lang ng 5:30am, learned the truck in front lined up there since 3am, then 6am came, loading lang daw meron dun at di na nag iinstall ng rfid. Ang saya diba? 2nd failed attempt in 2days. then lunch time, tried shell magallanes, medyo tolerable pa ang pila, pero wala parking, kaya di natuloy; finally got to install sa shell c5 after heritage. Oh with all this troubles sa pagkuha for cavitex, kabaliktaran naman ang convenience sa autosweep, pagkalabas ng car ko sa warehouse, diretso ng skyway, install ng autosweep in just under 10m, line up at installation.
Sa reader naman, i would say nag improve na ang easytrip, I usually have problems there sa mga newer gates nila sa coastal & cavitex reading may autosweep rfid (with easytrip account), laging invalid tag sa mga newer gates, but works flawlessly sa mga older gates, so with my new car, 2 rfid na pinakabit ko, di nako nag attempt gawin yung 1rfid (autosweep with easytrip account), sobrang hassle talaga ng service ng easytrip, napakalayo ng difference ng service ng both toll operators. Sa NAIAX, all RFID gates nila is manned by personnel, kahit 100% ang read rate nila sa akin, may standby na teller ang mga gates nila, unlike sa cavitex, na makikita mo during rush hour na may 3problematic scans sila for every 10cars, ganun kababa ang read rate ng gates nila, tapos ang teller 1 lang manning several rfid gates, kaya nakakaawa, lagare sila,

October 21st, 2020 01:48 PM #233I agree.
About sa di nababasa. Di nabasa akin a few weeks ago sa north harbor. Then binigay ko card. May ginawa sya. After 30 sec. Bumukas na barrier. Pag check ko ng app paguwi, di nagreflect yun travel na yon. Pag di pala nag open. Wag kayo maasar. Baka libre na yung daan nyo hahaha.
I think that's the problem sa iba. Pag di nabasa ang entry mo sa middle of nlex, pag exit mo, yung farthest point ang sisingilin sayo dahil wala ka ngang entry point Sent from my SM-N950F using Tapatalk

October 21st, 2020 02:31 PM #234https://www.easytrip.ph/forms/TermsAndConditions.pdf
Under Item 1, definition of Terms, there is a "Dormant Account" Definition. If within 1 year wala ka ni-isang transaction with Easytrip, especially since walang application form to consolidate under 1 account ang Easytrip. You'd need to do a special request email pa for them to try and facilitate this, hoping you'd get a timely and proper response
So kawawa dito yung mga dadaan lang sa Easytrip max once or twice a year for possible vacation. Parang pilit ka pa dumaan. May reactivation fee din ito pero can't remember magkano sinabi ng kausap years ago.
I tried asking sa FB, Twitter and even email (both Easytrip and Autosweep) if revoked na yung Dormancy Clause nila but never got a reply.

Sama talaga ng customer service ng NLEX/CALAX group.
I tried registering so that I can check my balance but the account number in their online registration form starts with "0000 xxx". The account number the card starts with "5200 xxx." I "000 xxx" cannot be changed.
Nag email na ako sa customer support nila but until now wala pang reply. I wouldn't dare call their number as I heard it is also a waste of time

October 21st, 2020 02:49 PM #237For my case not as big of an issue since I do love long drives, so once the pandemic has settled down (Vaccine or IATF won't stop me willy nilly because they suddenly require a travel pass), I can easily pass my vehicles through Easytrip =)
The downside is because of the multitude of delays of topup for Easytrip like what the AI author experienced. And even if it is technically loaded, their satellite booths apparently sometimes haven't received the updated "balance" record which is a head scratcher.
If you also end up loading exact load or close to exact load based on a user's estimate of what will be deducted (given the scenario here is they use the Easytrip expressways infrequently to rarely), they will surely muck up the math as they will most likely have gotten a total less than what will be deducted on the day of use. And they can't do an insta-load/transfer/topup. The fastest will take at least 1 hour to be reflected in "some of their systems".

Buhay na buhay ang BGC this evening. Bukas halos lahat ng restaurants. Sabi pa nung isang cashier...
