The President has an official salary of 50,000 monthly. Everybody else gets less. Binay was a human rights lawyer until he became a tried and true politician. So how did the Ferrari come about ? Frankly, there isn't a single politician who can honestly live on his official salary and still house his family and educate his children. Look to your own cost of living and ask how they do it.

Zubiri is a poor example. He's sugar and plantations family and was already fabulously wealthy before he became a politician. You can classify him as Oligarch. It is believeable that he's just protecting his own.

Eto sigurado ako, si Binay may at least nakita akong 3 SUV nasakaysakay sya. 1 sa kanya 2 body guards. Baket ko nakita, nakasabay namin sya dating nakakain sa may Tian-tian, it's a chinese resto at Pasay rd.
