June 5th, 2004 02:12 AM #1as i can remember, daihatsu motors is half-owned by toyota;
bakit biglang nawala sa pinas ang mga daihatsu vehicles? these cars are basically small engined (~600cc to 1.0l) and their presence in the local market are very timely with the current hefty oil price tags globally.
me mga dealers pa ba nito satin?

June 17th, 2004 02:39 PM #2the assembly plant, Columbian Motors, has stopped the Daihatsu line.
Not all Daihatsus are 1.0L below, the Feroza has 1.6L engine.
Dealers? I think not but sold units are still serviced by same dealership as Kia.
