tuning an E36 3series would be fun but its gonna be darn expensive.
for me its still RWD to go. what a better way to escape torque steer.

RE: Westfield Megabird, Yamaha engine, I think, versus the Megabusa's Suzuki Hayabusa engine... might be a little less of a monster...
Westfield has or had a dealership in the Philippines (lucky us, we're one of the few countries in the world that actually has one), and they'll sell you fully assembled cars as well as bare kits.
Their official site still says there's a dealership here, but there's no link to it.
Forget the Evo... the Westfield is the fastest thing on four wheels you can buy and run on the streets here... and hovering at around 1m, it's tons cheaper than an actual Caterham.
The Westfield is road-legal, the only concession being that you need to wear a helmet, I think, when driving it on the highway here.
