    I was on my U.S. forum when i posed the question of placing a tri-carb set-up vs a dual carb set-up for a 5.0 liter v8. They said if I want the look that is what i do...but if i want it to perform i use a 4 single barrel on a dual plane intake. there were others who agreed with that guy. Given that i would go performace kahit mas astig to see a 3x2 set-up. sometimes there are what appear to be performance upgrades but are more aesthetic than performing...

    Real performance parts are expensive. That's why some people choose to install what i would call "aesthetic upgrades" like those fake headers, intake tubes and exhaust pipes. They may sound louder but the performance benefits are minimal to none. Actually, some are even detrimental. Louder does not mean faster.

    Guilty! Used to have high-tension wires... grade-A quality splitfire crap. Got both the wires and plugs, and after a few thousand kays, figured they weren't really doing anything for me, switched back to the regular stuff.

    And those damn aftermarket wires keep breaking! (Chinese ones, on another car...)
