pag balikbayan ka na nagstay ka ng more than 5yrs abroad at babalik ka na dito for good, pwede ka mag file ng exemption sa tax kung iuuwi mo dito yung sasakyan mo na ginamit dun... sa Bureau of Import Services ng DTI ka magaapply ng exemption

yung mga balikbayan/returning resident binibigyan ng privilege na mag import ng sasakyan pero hindi pa rin duty at tax free.

hindi nga outright sir, pero pwede i apply sa bureau of import services ng exemption basta ipprove nila na returning for good sila, at yung sasakyan na ipapasok nila ay yun talaga ang gamit nila na sasakyan dun...

bale parang magfo-fall siya under the No-dollar importation of motor vehicles, or Importation of second-hand motor vehicles of returning residents/migrants (NDI)... medyo tedious but it would surely cut on the importation cost in terms of and as far as the taxes are concerned...

Sir hindi every year pagtapos lang ng tour of duty ng DFA at ung tsikot na ipapasok depende sa rank may bracket kasi based sa rules pero kung malakas ibang usapan na yon
