i think kelangan natin ng tougher driver certification para safe ang RHD-operation dito...

RHDs used to be legal here in the Philippines. All you had to do was pay for a special permit. But since the influx of auctions in the mid 90's, binawal na ng LTO.
Yes, LHDs are allowed in Japan. In fact, it once became a fad to drive Lexus cars there. (Wala pong Lexus sa Japan, Toyota lang)

Pwede ang RHD sa US. Nakakapagpasok nga ng Skylines, diba? Ang mahal doon ay yung pag-federalize ng sasakyan. Kung ilang Skylines din ang pina-crash test ng importer to prove crashworthiness. Saka mahirap din pumasa sa enivironmental regulations. Mahaba ang red tape. 100K mile reliability kasi ang kailangan mo i-prove.

Nope. RHD pa rin. Yung ang model na finederalize nila, eh. Baka lumampas 100K na yung mga Skylines na yun kung LHD pa ang ipapatest nila sa NHTSA.
