that's nearly twice the philippines.
i know the CIA figures are high ($4901 per-capita for the philippines!) but i believe the CIA factors in the informal economy as well.

mayaman nga sila pero unevenly distributed din ang wealth, like in any country in the world. $8 lang nga chicks sa sakhalin e. ang gaganda (sorry i have the pictures in another computer, tinatamad ako pumunta sa opis and i'm in my cabin now) pero dapat malakas sikmura mo. why? kasi di sila naliligo. mahal firewood o heating oil so di nila afford na magpainit ng tubig para makaligo even once a month. heard this lang naman from the indonesian crew who were there last year. baho daw, pinilit na lang daw nila para naman masabi nila kahit minsan nakatikim sila ng russian.

pero syempre yung nasa texas street sa pusan, korea, yun naliligo na mga yun ehehehe! mahal lang nga, $100 na dun.
