Relocation of Spare Tire : Ford Escape

mahirap nga lang maghanap ng large diameter donut tires. usually available sa mga surplus yung pang Sedan lang.

as for tire sa roof ok yun SUV talaga dating pero it might contribute to added wind drag consequently higher gas consumption

Bili ka na lang ng Thule Brand.

Went to Subic from Manila last year..with a blown-out reserve tire. Got back home safe.

supierreman = about the wind drag/gasconsumption thing, i only intend to place the spare whenever i go outside metro manila and thats 1x / 2 months

driving around in the metro without a spare is risky IMHO. and that's just it.. if you intend to travel outside metro manila syempre highway use yun... when traversing the highway with the spare on top would create drag.

Thule is a manufacturer of roof racks, bike carriers etc. You can see the showroom at Ortigas ave near greenhills.

You might want to try the shark brand. cossts less and looks better compared to the bulky Thule Roof racks.

meron bang roof rack which i can install in 10 mins? gusto ko kasi i install lang yung roof rack if im going outside metro manila (1x every 2 months).

otherwise i want to have my ford look stock

un donut tires kaya yan sa big cars.. kasi un volvo ng dad ko ang bigat nun naka donut eh. pero stock un ng car... um.. kaso hidne nga lang magtagal. .dpaat ka ng pumunta sa pinakamalapit na vulcanizing shop
