Where can we buy cheaper genuine Ford parts? Banawe? Binondo?

Some parts you can just match as per sample (like bushings). Lamps and other accessories are available from Goldcars.

Consumables (filters, etc.) will be up to you. I don't know if ViC Japan makes replacement filters for Expeditions. But in the U.S., the folk use NAPA, Purolator, Fram, etc. for replacements.

There's really nothing exotic about Ford parts. If you bring a sample to the auto supply, they are bound to find something that will match.
