Just got a 2nd hand 99 XP V8 4.6L, would like to ask if anyone tried installing Khaos on this. baka pwede maf improve FC. ay inputs thanks,

^Thanks sir! I went ahead and bought a '99 4x4 Exped. My generic OBD scanner works. Did all the fluid changes and fixed a coolant leak. However there are still minor quirks.
1. Goes into limp mode. Already had the MAF cleaned. According to the scanner, its a MAF problem. Inspected the MAF and it looks ok. MAF reading seems normal.
2. Also the TPS at idle is 19%. I find it unusually high as my other cars read 0-7% at idle.

sorry for the late update. As it turned out, my OBD scanner was throwing out different/undefined codes. Had it scanned with a proper OBD scanner. MAF is ok. It was the knock sensor harness. It was cut. Had it replaced. Then hard starting was solved by replacing the fuel pump.

I just solved the rough idle problem of my explorer. I replaced fuel filter, re-sprayed clean the MaF sensor. And also i put in nitrogen sa tires, plus yun additive na sikat ngaun sa forums yun pang ford, cerateq ba yun ah hinde sa SF pala yun, im averaging 6km/liter. For a v6 big sized car not bad. hehehe. Tinalo ko pa yun fc ng bago kia sportage and subaru naun. Ah oo nga i dont load gasoline na may ethanol.
