February 10th, 2017 01:36 PM #4901+1 Sir, salamat sa info. Usually ilang years ba bago tayo magpapalit ng gulong. Kasi promdi ako, I'm thinking baka matapos na yung warranty ni Eve, eh baka di pa ako magpapalit ng gulong. Average twice a month lang kami bumibyahe ng 250Kms balikan na yun, maliban sa service na malapitan going to palengke, school, sa work and relatives. So in short average 350kms lang ang natatakbo ni Eve every month.

depends on how you use it. kung mahilig ka patakbo ng mabilis tapos preno sagad at high speed cornering baka 30k km upod na. meron naman 100k km na ok pa. also depends on if you rotate the tires regularly or keep it there until you get a flat. and there is also the 5 year rubber life. after 5 years kasi may tendency na maging brittle na yung rubber. some do, some don't.
sa mga kotse ko na tumagal ( i usually sell after 5 years kasi), yung sa 7 year old ko na lancer i had to change tires after only 4 years. laging overloaded so natuklap yung rubber. those were good quality yokohama tires. on my starex i had to change tires at the 3-1/2 year mark and 45k km. lagi paspas ang takbo then preno. sa present sorento due for replacement na kahit 4 years pa lang and 42k km.
so kung 4.2k km lang per year (350 km x 12) aabot ka ng 10 years bago maupod ang gulong mo. yun e kung hindi lumutong yung goma (remember the 5 year rubber life). also on my everest the goodyear tires that came with it were made in china so its quality is suspect, baka less than 5 years pa lang sabog na. even assuming goodyear keeps its quality standard the same worldwide peace of mind hanap natin syempre. and also because matagtag nga yung 265x50r20 kaya ko pinalitan, and the fact na hiway tires yun and i need all terrain tires.Last edited by yebo; February 10th, 2017 at 03:30 PM.

February 10th, 2017 04:32 PM #4904Nope, wag lang 35 ung gulong mo, (more than 10% more sa oem tires, might void the warranty). Sa side kasi ng dealer, once binago mo ang sasakyan, gagawa sila ng paraan para maituro ung pinalit mo na parts, thats why its so impt din to have a nice relationship with your SA, hehehe. Pero sa wheels and tires, baka hindi naman, alreay replace mine with 275.55.20 to compensate ung tagtag ng titanium+ (masyado kasi low profile ung tires).

February 10th, 2017 05:45 PM #4905Maraming Salamat Sir Yebo, yung sa amin is Bridgestone sa Trend. Kaya for sure within 3 years na warranty di pa ako magpapalit ng gulong.

no. bakit naman mawala warranty kung within specs naman. lalo na mas naging accurate pa yung odometer after nagpalit ako ng gulong. in your case since gulong ng trend ang ipapalit mo there should be absolutely no issues since the titanium and trend are the same, trim lang ang pinagkaiba.
rule of thumb is tire diameter +/- 10%. to be safe keep it under 7%.

February 10th, 2017 11:44 PM #4909Balak ko din kumuha ng lock bago ilabas yung unit namin dati. Pero nung nakita ko na donut lang yung spare, I didn't even bother. Eto na siguro yung positive side of having a donut spare tire.

February 10th, 2017 11:48 PM #4910Boss, all everest variants are 1836mm tall. Unlike vans, I don't think you have to worry about parking spaces when it comes to mid-size suvs.
