The Escape hit the US showrooms late 2012 as a 2013 model, its euro twin, the Kuga Mk2 hit the European Showrooms early 2013.
Some advantages of skipping the 1st year of production... if there are bugs, they've pretty much been sorted out already and the electronics/ infotainment systems have the latest software.

Drove the ecoboost version in the US last year. Lakas ng hatak and interior is very roomy.

October na, wala pa din yata to. But I saw one along Gil Puyat kanina. I don't like the rear, parang masmaganda pa rear ng Ecosport?

I hope they will offer it like 1.6 Ecoboost for the 4x2 model and 2.0 Ecoboost for the 4x4 model. The 2.0L Ecoboost 4x4 will surely offer the best competition for the Forester XT as currently there is none. However, the 1.6L Escape Ecoboost with a price range within 1.4M will be one good deal already.
