Wow, 1.059M, it's a real bargain. This is the 1.6 SE model, not top of the line. It still has curtain airbags but no reverse sensor. But ... it's still a Ford ... and if you get unlucky ... well ...
What's the ground clearance of the Ford Escape? Crossovers seem to be getting lower and lower these days to improve fuel efficiency. Look at the Mazda CX-3, ground clearance is almost like a sedan's.

July 30th, 2016 01:38 PM #93mukhang tama yun grupo that will short the car loan industry. the bubble is bursting.
this fully-packed mid size cuv at 1.059M will cutthroat HRV and CRV segments as well as counterparts.
one may ask, para ano pa at may dalawang size ang CUV segment.

pero sa tingen ko kaya bagsak talaga CUV market is one, the SUV buyers go diesel with the PPV and when they go gasoline, they just get ecosport.
maybe, ford is just clearing inventory and won't sell this again and concentrate on their ecosport as low-end suv and everest as high end. and the explorer pang-mayaman lang naman yun

The 1.6 Escape looks super plain from outside, very far from other CUVs. You can mod it to look like the 2.0 Ecoboost by adding chrome here and there, but the rims are quite hard to source because noone buys these Fords anyway. You can go for aftermarket rims, but I've never been a fan of rims that don't look OEM.
Very cheap at 1.1M though, but I'm really not a fan of its bare styling that looks just like a raised Focus.
And good luck selling it in the future. My officemate's trying to get rid of his 2013 Focus 1.6 sedan and noone's even interested. Buy-and-Sell guys are offering just 350k for it. What more this gas-guzzling CUV.

July 30th, 2016 03:12 PM #95una ko pa lang nakita yan focus sa motorshow, i knew it will not sell even with all bells and whistles
wawa naman 350k no takers for a sub 1M car. i offered my 1999 crv sa olx for like 235k, dami tumawag pero nambabarat ng 190k. the minute I had an offer of 150k na agressive buy and sell, binura ko na lang sa olx.
hello i restored eveything here sa pang-ilalim, it runs 8km/liter on city. the only resson why i wanted to sell it is because masikip nasa bahay.
decided to keep it muna

Unless mayaman ka nga.
