173hp (175PS) is with regular unleaded
178hp (180PS) is with premium unleaded
I'm guessing if the new local spec Focus has features like Active Park Assist and Active City Stop on their high trim models, the high-trim versions of the upcoming all-new Escape(Kuga Mk2) will most likely have them too.

February 9th, 2013 06:30 PM #54Check out YouTube there US reviews. The Escape looks awesome in my opinion. Meron pa yan panoramic sunroof and power kick-open tailgate, US model nga lang Titanium. Meron din pala Euro Diesel version yan na Titanium. It looks better than the new forester in my opinion. Hehehe pero maganda talaga AWD system ng Subaru.

It's still a big question mark on when Ford plans to launch the Escape in the "ASEAN" region.
Based on recent regional automotive news, the next new Ford to make its ASEAN debut will most likely be the EcoSport CUV (which is roughly the size of a Kia Soul or Suzuki SX4.)
EcoSport
So far, there are still no spy photos of the 2013 Escape in Thailand. (Sta.Rosa factory has now been shut down)
What has surfaced online are spy photos of the EcoSport testing in Thailand where it will be manufactured.

Based on my observation, this is what I noticed, the smaller EcoSport is using the newer design language of Ford with the new style grill and slim headlights...
2013/14 EcoSport
...while the Escape (like the Focus) is still using a version of the old style front end design language we've seen on the facelifted previous gen Focus (Mk2.5) and the current pre-facelift Fiesta.
