Sa Pilipinas knowing the brains of the masses here malamang Civic pa rin yan... Pero sa ibang bansa the Focus will kick the ass of the new Civic anyday...

Titanium won't probably be the name here. More likely Style, Trend, and Sport the usual Ford PH trim names...
What I am hoping for to be honest is a diesel option as well in the top end just like the current generation. And a M/T version maskin hangang sa Trend level. And ito I really really hope that MyFord Touch comes here... Para pwede tayo mag ganito (see the video below)...

The engine bay of the high trim Platinum (with engine covers) cause lower trims don't have one...
Just like the Fiesta no radiator cap. Just the coolant reservoir... Also the battery has a cover.
Trunk space. A bit too small in terms of height perhaps? But in terms of depth its quite big!
Gauges. Same design layout as the Fiesta but much more high tech and colorful...
The shifter. The handbrake looks like one from the Civic FD!

I believe the high trim model is called "Titanium". http://www.ford.com/cars/focus/models/
By the way, the 1.8 liter and 2.0 liter Focus Mk2 is like that too, it has all the things you mentioned.
If you noticed it has a raised cargo floor (higher than the sides) because this model has a full-size spare tire.

I think this applies only to the North American models because here even the outgoing Mk2 1.8 Trend has an engine cover.
I wonder what gasoline/petrol engines will be made available here.
In Europe, instead of the NA 2.0, they have the 1.6 EcoBoost.
1.6 EcoBoost
For me this is not an issue at all, even if Ford kept this system I wouldn't mind.
Whether its opened from the inside or outside, you'll have to go out in front and lift the hood anyway.Last edited by AG4; April 23rd, 2011 at 12:19 AM.

Regarding the engine cover:
Sa MK2 nga ganun pero sa MK3 baka hindi na and since ONE FORD na ngayon baka ganun na din maskin sa Asia no engine cover on lower trim levels. Yung MK6 Fiesta rin dati merong engine cover (yung Euro spec) pero now sa MK7 wala na maskin mga Euro spec na MK7 wala.
Regarding the key to open the hood:
Yeah but that means you have to have the key out of the ignition. Some people like to see the engine running when the hood open... Kaya nga its called "conventional" its best to stay that way...Last edited by tidus1203; April 23rd, 2011 at 10:45 AM.

Last Monday, napanood ko sa The Amazing Race that they drove in Austria using a Ford Focus. Tapos ang prize sa first placers ay color Yellow and Orange.
I hope Ford can bring a long range of eye catching colors
Not yet..... I'm still consolidating those quotations as different dealers gave different discount...
