di baleng rinig sa labas basta wag lang marinig pag nasa loob ka. hehe..

parang gusto ko tuloy ibenta focus tdci para makabili ng focus tdci 2009. magkano kaya fair market value focus tdci with 15k kms on odo? hehe..

check mo ung engine cover, hood and firewalls..

running 200kph on the new focus..sobrang tahimik grabe!!

hehe salamat bros, color black yung nabili namin kasi sa ford libis kami kumuha, eh ang dumating lang nilang unit is black and red pero siguro meron pang ibang color sa ibang dealer pero nagblack nalang kami, anyway sabi naman ni mother elegant naman ang black so yun nalang. anim nga kami nakapila tapos 2 black lang ang dadating sa kanila.

hehe, ok i will try to post some pics in the coming days.

oo nga pala guys may question ako, according to the sales rep, its break in free na daw so no need to break in, pwede na nga daw ihataw but syempre we won't do that muna. just to be sure ibrebreak in na din namin hehe.

pano ba ang proper way to break in. according to sir niky, wag daw ibaby masyado yung engine, ibirit daw occasionally. paano kaya guys.

sir kiper diba parehas din naman yung configuration nung engine dun sa previous tdci focus, tranny lang ang naiba.

pero nabasa ko rin talaga dito sa tsikot na mas refine and quiet yung crdi engine ng focus followed by the koreans crdi then followed by the japanese crdi. ofcourse yung german crdi is out of the comparison.

It's from the inside that you compare... on the outside, it really will be louder.

In terms of absolute loudness compared to others... well, that depends... I was comparing it to the same sized engines of other makes... the Santa Fe is a more luxurious vehicle, chances are it has more sound-deadening on the outside.

Just remember, take it easy while the engine is cold, and then take it easy for a few minutes before you park it. New turbos are not prone to the "coking" of old ones, but it pays to be careful. ;)
