    ang delikadengdeng polyunsaturated fatty acid the likes of corn oil, canola, soya oil.

    animal fat, i.e., saturated fats, are generally more detrimental to health,
    than unsaturated fats, i.e., plant fats.

    hindi baligtad. Kaya ako mayabang ngayon pandemic dahil sa focus ko sa saturated fat.

    Its not natural na gamitin oil mga binanggit ko.

    are you singling out soya oil and corn oil, and carabao, cow, and goat meat?
    according to some experts, these specific food sources are, contrary to popular belief, arguably relatively unhealthier (or healthier) than the competition.
    arguable, because scientific literature does not seem to universally agree. one expert says neigh, and the other expert cries yeigh.
    but i get the impression that more experts believe saturated fats are unhealthier for humen than unsaturated fats...

    but if you really want a healthy diet,
    less fat and meat and more leaves, would probably be prefered.

    i mean yung corn, soya, canola amoy rancid agad. Parang hindi natural gawin mantika. Pero taba ng baboy nakakalokah maganda sa katawan. Mas better pa sa beef gawin mantika maayos yung ahmoy.

    Yung sa pork talaga jan ako nagulat. Dati anti-pork ako lalo na sinigang na baboy kasi maantot parang kumakain ka ng pinawisan na taba. Yung litson naman yung crispy skin lang masarap and the likes of pingpings, monchies. By the way hangang ngayon hindi pa ako nakatry elars dahil tanghali pa lang ubos na!!!! Nakakatamad lumabas ng bahay ganyan oras.

    Bale sa pork hangang bacon, dumplings, cutlets pinapatulan ko. Ang pork sa akin kailangan welldone. Hindi masarap yung taba pag "buhay" pa. Namimiss ko tuloy mag samgyupsalamat. Iba talaga pag niluto taba sa uling nagiging palatable.

    I bought Creamline ice cream at Dali. It's surprisingly good. Smooth yung ice cream.
