    Sa bicol pala mahilig din sa spicy... i went there several times already... parang mani lang sa kanila ang sili...

    confirmed this hahaha. apparently both roasting (indirect heat) and grilling (direct heat) directly translates to ihaw-ing in tagalog. Thanks google
