    less acid ang black brewed coffee, based on personal experience. hehe!

    and madaming gamot sa hyperacidity. Omeprazole works fine with me. kaya sige lang... coffee and beer every day. Hehehe!

    Right, omeprazole and mucusta but I dont like to be dependent on them. Besides, coffee gives me palpitations especially when Im footing the bill. [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

    Not that high..i usually down 4 redbull bottles years back, around lunch its a tall americano..so around 400ish..now i shifted to just brewed coffee then add 3 teaspoons of great taste granules in a big cup..

    Depends on the want, most of the time UCC 114 or 117 without sugar or creamer in the morning and before going to sleep. Sometimes CBTL Tea Bags.
