Is muscovado much healthier than brown sugar?

muscovado or brown sugar. Ayoko ng white kasi masyado matamis. Gusto ko yung asim ng brown and muscovado. sa Aurora Province may natikman ako noon, mas masarap, chunks of dark brown sugar pero di ko alam ano tawag.

nung simula tumaas this year white sugar so nagshift ako sa washed.

But i am kagalingan nakikita ko agad kung ano mas ok = napansin ko muscovado hindi nalalayo presyo sa white so yan ginamit ko bale ilan years ago ito naman gamit ko. Tapos kanina nag puregold ako to check adlai grains pero iisa lang choices kaya napacheck ako sa asukal section = yung prime organics muscovado nakapromo 1 kilo 94pesos. Bale original price 140something.

Kaya natuwa ako sa jingle ng puregold "laging bago, laging mura, laging may promo, laging panalo"... tama ba lyrics ko

So tsikoteers nilalapitan talaga ako ng bwenas sa mga discovery ko.

the sugar folks are having a field day.
they pulverize the cheap panocha,
then sell it at high profit as gourmet sugar or muscovado sugar..

White, washed, brown... whatever's cheap really. It's not like the type of sugar you use will kill you tomorrow.

As my father was diabetic, I used Splenda before, then I shifted to coconut sugar less than a year ago. Btw, I tried brown sugar in my coffee and it tastes better than white.

Nung instant coffee pa lang iniinom ko, I was using white sugar syempre with creamer.
When I started brewing my own coffee, I switched to brown sugar/ pulang asukal naman.
Then I tried going back to Muscovado I buy from Puregold ng mga ilang linggo.
It's what I bring to the office kasi previously for our early morning caffeine hit.
May nagdadala naman ng ground coffee beans mostly imported or branded.

Now I have been using washed but may switch back to Muscovado due to this thread.
I still keep a supply of white sugar around para kapag bumibili ako ng ensaymada.
