Sang branch yan?? Kasi everytime ako nagoorder diyan sa Starbucks Fully Booked Bonifacio High Street, friendly yung mga baristas dun tapos one time, inupgrade pa yung drink ko. One solution, go to other branches.

Even with the policy changes, the barristas, especially the store manager should know better how to deal with loyal customers. Hwag naman by the book na parang robot nalang sila.
