Kinilaw na PEPE ng Baboy (Seryoso ito kala niyo kalokohan) - Ceviched Pig's *** Organ...

INGREDIENTS:
2 pigs' *** organ or what we call as pepe in tagalog, boiled, cubed
1/2 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup vinegar
1 small onion
1/2 tsp white sugar
3 tsp siling labuyo, chili pepper, chopped

HOW TO PREPARE ESCABECHE:
Boil the pigs' "pepe" in water until tender. *Remove from water. Let it cool.
Slice the pigs' pepe into small pieces or into strips or cubes.
Combine all ingredients together.*
Refrigerate and serve.*
Best as Pulutan!*

*WARNING: Unexplained phenomenon when serving "SOUP # 5" or "bayag ng baboy/baka soup" along with this dish will result the "soup # 5's" ingredients to stiffen or mildly erect.
