roasted duck(peking duck): was able to taste a superb one at shanghai, solve na solve!!! 2 thumbs up, pti thumb ng katabi ko itataas ko, though the skin are only the most sumptuos feast...how i do an OC stuff i scrape off the fats that are attached to the skin, then i blot the skin with tissue, to remove more duck fat, less sinful but still is after consumer so much=)
roasted turkey: a feast for the rich=), the bird should be roasted perfectly to prevent drying of the meat, meat should still be juicy to perfection=) best with french bread and gravy

kung araw araw, chicken. duck minsan minsan, masakit kasi sa bulsa. gloria maris great! best i've tasted, tin hau at the mandarin oriental, libre ng kumpanya.

kung parehas nasa mesa, roasted donald ako provided ganito ang timpla:
batang duck, marinade for min of 3 hrs sa kalamansi, toyo/knorr seasoning
at siling labuyo. sabay ihaw sa parilya
