    Not true but less calories than regular coke. Ano ba ang difference ng Coke Zero at Coke Light?

    Ako rin I seldom drink sodas. Most of the time, Iced tea lang. Mag-coke lang ako if the Iced tea is Lipton. Pangit lasa.

    Bottled Iced Tea is as Fattening as Regular Coke. Both loaded with Sugar.

    Zero lang nakalagay pero technically hindi talaga zero. May very little amount pa rin yan.

    ayoko rin ng lipton. mapait na ewan. Nestea lagi ko iniinom ko kaso sobrang tamis naman, Yung Tang Iced Tea. Ok naman siya Hindi matamis hindi matabang., Nakakasawa din yung puro tubig lalo na pag summer

    A bit OT pero you might be glad that you're avoiding a lot of sugar from the Regular Coke, pero do take note that puro artificial sweeteners naman ang nasa "Zero sugar" sodas. One of them, Aspartame, can cause side effects and even serious illnesses. So hinay hinay lang sa softdrinks mga sir.

    Aspartame Side Effects
