    Naalala ko tuloy yung nagbebenta ng fish ball sa kalye sa may ABGs.

    Somehow fish ball, squid ball, kikiam and its sauce, when cooked at home, never tastes as good as those sold in streets.

    ang main ingredient kasi nung sa street is: 3 yrs nang ginagamit yung cooking oil while yung sayo kabibili lang kahapon :D
    plus, may kaunting sprinkle ng alikabok ng construction bldg. at usok ng mga sasakyan ;)

    not to mention yung sawsawan na di mo alam kung pano ginawa.

    ang secret ingredient diyan sa sauce ng pisbol is no secret at all.
    hingi kayo ng laway sa iba't-ibang tao mga one cup tapos ihalo niyo sa sarsa na ginawa niyo.
    then taste....
    o di'ba! sarap!

    My recipe for sauce, better than street sauce, toyo, suka, banana ketchup, paminta, tinadtad na sibuyas, tinadtad na bawang, asukal + konting tubig. ikaw na bahalang magtimpla ingat lang sa suka and toyo which can easily overpower the taste, pinka malaking portion for me is banana ketchup, at pakuluan mo ng konti.

    btw, i miss street foods mula nung huminto akong mag-commute. kung pede lang magpark sa tapat ng mga kariton at bumili doon.

    i never ate street foods. takot ako eh. pinaka street food na nakain ko is ung sa SM MoA na bentahan ng kwek kwek and one day old chik

    last sunday after the mass nag crave si wifey sa fishball kaya bumili siya ng more than 50 php worth fo fishball kay manong
    pag uwi sa bahay pina grill niya lahat ng fishball sa panini/griller and yun mga sauce pina microwave
    ako naman nag pabili ng coke yessss!! perfect na sunday afternoon merienda

    Buti nalang may binibilhan ako parati niyan na kilala ko, isaw, fishball, squidball... Etc. Para kapag nagcrave, bili lang! Di na luto dito sa bahay, di naman pareho lasa.
