    Use a grill.

    If walang grill, use only cast iron pans for the highest heat. Meron mga cast iron na ribbed if you want to cook your steak na parang grilled sya.

    I buy my steaks before from Santi's, pero grabe na sya sa mahal. I think nasa 2,400++ na sya per kg for prime rib eye.

    Now I buy from MyOwn sa may Panay, nasa 1,600.00 ang prime nila.

    heres my dinner earlier...achieved medium rare to medium

    I got lucky. this is super tender. almost like beef cap. not wagyu tender lol

    It's the meat shop of nico bolzico, husband of solenn heusaff. So it's open na pala oo nga, pricing is fair.

    I just saw lang sa YouTube yung restaurant and it seems they really know how to cook their steak. Arghhh drooling already!
