    Yeah,the lechon makers there are proud of the flavor their lechon gives that they find it an insult if you use Mang Tomas on their product.

    ^^ I prefer suka, toyo with sili and chopped onions, rather than Mang Tomas sauce. Para bang nawawala yung lasa ng taba.......

    Elars with an S not the Z, may Elarz kasi e, is the best, IMO better than Cebu's whatever they have to offer.

    Leonardo's mas masarap kaysa Lydia's pero matagal nang nawala ang branch nila rito sa may SouthLand, BF....
