nung nagaaral pako, sobrang hilig ko sa street food, name it, nakain kona ata, nung college ako umpisa palang ang kwek kwek nun, ano naba ang uso ngayon?
pero nung nakakapanuod na ako sa imbestigador kung paano nila ginagawa ang mga street food, medyo nandiri na ako, dati kasi inisip ko na pinirito yan sa mainit na mantika patay na ang bacteria niyan, pero yung mantikang ginamit nakakasiguro bang malinis?
meron nang upgraded street food sa mall, pero iba ang lasa ng me kasamang pollution, hehehe

nakailang recycle na nga kaya cooking oil na ginagamit?
e yung mga nilagang mani, mais...malinis din kaya tubig na ginamit?
malinis naman siguro...ayaw din nila mawaln ng customer....
