    [SIZE=3]para sa aming taga-Cagayan Valley, aside from kilaweng aso (itinigil na namin kasi bawal at nakakakonsensya), our favorite pulutan is PURIT. Inihaw na isda (preferably Tilapia) ito kung saan yung laman ay hahaluan mo ng chopped onions including the leeks, tomatoes, a little anchovy sauce, and lots of siling labuyo (d' almuranas edition ika nga).[/SIZE]
