I was drinking too much and too often...sometimes days straight..i came to a point that i cant sleep without being piss drunk..btw i had a gall bladder operation years back...a few weeks after leaving the hospital i was still drinking..sabi ko this needs to stop..

Hats off to those who were able to quit! Our batch had a mini reunion recently, & in one table were some of the mga gago & bullies then. They have now turned a new leaf & stopped drinking (one was over 12years clean). So were laughing when a promo girl approached their table trying to sell them drinks. We were saying "Wrong table!" hehe.

Yup, when I quit smoking, I told my friends that it was easy to quit, I've done it lots of times hehe. I don't drink as much anymore when I was young. I don't drink beer na, just ocassional whisky or single malt.
