The spices complements together walang overpower sa mga spices. Even if you just use as rice toppings (steamy plain rice) in the morning and a cup of rich creamy coffee, hay... sarap ng umaga

Texture is not like beef (crumbles in your mouth). Flavor too strong. Does not have the aroma and is not as juicy as real corned beef.
Is it good? Supposedly healthy and better than real corned beef. But it does have a lot of fat and sodium in it.

Since na-mention ang high sodium content nito..let me share this with you guys.. An info on sodium (from my nutrition class) sorry medyo OT

Adult minimum requirement = 500mg/day
Toxicity symptoms include Edema and Acute Hypertension
Hehehe..kaya be a nutrition label reader anyway, just an info..
As for the corned tuna, i'm gonna try one kapag nag-grocery na ang mom ko ulit nakaka-curious eh

Masarap ito. Iyung Century Tuna na original, nakakasuya at nakakasawa agad. Buti pa ito, nakakarami ako.
