    masama yan sir pag inaraw araw ang pag inom ng mga energy drink. maaari kayong magka UTi o sakit sa kidney.
    remember di raw maganda ang sobra dahil raw nakakasama pag sobra. . .

    dunno the ingredients of these "energy drinks", but if it's loaded with sugar and caffeine...i think the answer's obvious.

    i read somewhere that you can flush out the caffeine in your system by drinking lots of water -- plain water ha, not more energy drink.
