    Heard from a friend who's in the poultry industry: Mang Inasal have reduced the weight requirement for their chicken purchases. So in effect, lumiit na rin ng konti yung chicken serving nila.

    Typical... As your business grows the focus on profits become more intense and pressure mounts, lalo na Mang Inasal who relies too much on franchisees so maraming external partners to satisfy...

    :swear:i hate chowking kasi one time na experience namin ng asawa ko omerder kami ng chaofan panis yung kanin nasayang lang yung food may topings pa yun di namin kinain..and 1time nung andito ang mama ko i forgot that menu but may soup after kumain ng nanay ko kinabukasan pag uwi niya sa japan sumakit ang tiyan at isinugod sa hospital and with result of due to food expiration or dirty preparation..buhat non di na kami kumakain sa chowking

    +1 to this. Maybe the best way they can raise/maintain their profit is to reduce serving sizes. I also agree na kapag presyo ang tinaasan, off siya sa customers. Hehe iyan ang pinag-aaralan namin ngayon sa Food Cost Analysis.

    7-11 na lang.. yung big uhaw nila almost 1 liter.. hindi din puro.. pero ok naman.. 39.00 na sya ngayon..
