Does anyone know where I can buy fruits (apple, pear, kiwi etc) by the box at a discount?
Divisoria daw but I don't know where and how much cheaper compared to the bangketa.

July 12th, 2014 08:59 PM #2San Fernando to Sto Cristo, nandun yung mga boxes naka freezer. Tuwing Christmas lang ako namimili ng bulk, regular days sa metro or esem kung saan yung fresh at accessible. Im sure its cheaper by bulk.

^^^ Fruit wholesalers are in Sto. Cristo, Divisoria. Vendors and markets mostly get their fruits there.

Thanks! Sto Cristo is walking distance lang ba from 168/LCM area? I used to buy fruits from street vendors near the divisoria mall that got burned.
I hope they are open tomorrow.

July 12th, 2014 09:35 PM #7Like snatchers or robbers lalo na kung solo ka lang. Pay it sa store then let them deliver kung san ka naka park. Early morning maganda mamili wala pa traffic, christmas season up to newyear 24hrs open sila i think.

I found the place (Sto Cristo) The people on the street were very friendly and guided us to the place (warned us of kawatans too) Unfortunately they don't have gala apples anymore
I couldn't help but take a picture:
I got P7 for 50 at the bangketa and got all that was left by the vendor instead.Last edited by _Cathy_; July 14th, 2014 at 02:24 AM.

Magbebenta ka ba? Gaano kadami ba ang gusto mo?
Kung regular ipapadala na lang syo or you can get it sa airport para mas mura. Galing Davao.
Yes surname nang family nang wife ko yan coz sila ang kaunaunahang supplier nang fruits dyan. Way way back pa.
as an aside, in the olden days, anyone who does not move 'ala luksa during Holy Week, especially...
