    for 1/2 kilo, marinade it in 2-3 kalamansi, 1/4 cup soy sauce, garlic, pepper, sugar (depende sa sweetness and alat - adjust na lang)

    what I suggest is dip it in boiling water with vinegar and salt for about 3 to 5 minutes after that then rub it with a small amount of sea salt and then do the marinade that was suggested by sir XTO then grill its way home...

    Kung gusto mong madali marami namang nabibili na nasa sachet na Mama Sita barbecue sauce . Masarap rin iyan lutong beef steak maraming sibuyas .
