Adobo basta ako nagluto! Kasi yung style na gusto ko yung pinakulo na matagal to the point na walang na masyadong sauce. Kumapit na sa baboy yung sauce. Tsaka ako gusto kung adobo may halong asukal para medyo sweet and sour (2:1 ratio ng soy sauce ko and vinegar)... Tapos damihan na rin ng dahon ng laurel to make it fragrant. Of course a lot of rice and solve na ako!

ako, di ako magsasawang kumain ng piniritong (yung talagang crispy) na galunggong at may kasamang maanghang na suka for its sawsawan.
ang sarap!
kahit araw araw!
para syang chicharon.
pati ulo at buntot kaya ko kainin.

hahaha hita ba kamo :bwahaha:
sakin maybe the japanese/korean ramen,
chopsuey (uuyyy health conscious kuno haha)
bagong lipunan na pancit canton (saaaraap!!)
crispy pata (hindi maganda pag palagi haha)
lechon (syempre! haha pero di parin maganda pag inaraw-araw lol) and yung inside breath nya..
