yup, pero hindi rin locally available. hirap pala hanapin yan fresh wasabi not unless kung meron nag iimport nito.

Did you know that wasabi shouldn't be diluted in soy sause? It should be put on top of the food before dipping the food in soy sauce.
Pero mas masarap kasi yung nakahalo na sa kikoman yung wasabi.Signature

kaya pala may nakita akong sushi na may wasabi na sa ibabaw. that's the proper way of eating it.

In Bacolod, I tell the chef of our suki japanese restaurant to stuff the wasabi inside the maki rolls. That way, I just dip it in soy nalang. Sometimes pag talagang bitin, I ask for extra in a small bowl.
